Bullying isn't about violence, it is anything that is intentionally meant to freak you out or make you feel bad.

Nobody has to put up with this from anyone

68% of young people have been bullied!

If you are being bullied
Don’t give up; it's not your fault!
Always tell someone
Think about what you want to say when the bully strikes and practice saying it!
Try being nice to the bully – sometimes it helps them stop

Get together with others, there's strength in numbers, keep an eye on each other, and talk to the teachers

If you are the bully
Its easy to live up to your reputation but it takes guts to break out and be a different person
Get help – you could call Childline, nobody will know you’ve called them
Don’t give up you can change!
