Q. What is Puberty?
A. The changes which occur as u change from girl to woman.
   
Q. When’s it all going to happen?
A. Can be as young as 10 but usually around 12 yrs.
   
Q. What’s going to happen to me?
A. U girls are likely to :
  - Get taller, your hips will get broader & thighs & buttocks fatter.
  - Develop breasts
  - Get hair on ur legs, genitals, arms.
  - Have changes to your skin like spots
  - Slightly greasy hair.
  - And you might notice changes in ur mood.
   
Q. How long’s all this going to go on for?
A. Till your late teens, but you will have periods until ur 40’s or 50’s.
   
Q. What about the “below the belt” bits”
A. Well you all know that most girls will develop a slight yellowish discharge and this is normal.
