Sexual
Health
Britain has some of the poorest sexual health statistics in Europe.
It has some of the
highest teenage pregnancy rate and very high rates of infections
caught from having unprotected sex.
If you think you have been at risk of pregnancy click
here to visit our page on pregnancy.
If you think you have been exposed to the risk of infection, here
are some signs and symptoms which you might be concerned about:
Rash
Blisters
Lumps
Discharge
Smell
Going to the loo
a lot
Burning sensation
when you pee
These are only some of the symptoms, but some infections are
also silent and don’t have symptoms, so it’s best
to get checked out. Come in to YHS for re-assurance and a correct
diagnosis. We can also discuss what contraception
might be best for you.
