Streeeeeeeeeessed!!!!!!!!!!! Or Deeeeeeepressed ?????????
Here are some anxieties young people feel they have:
“I want to loose a bit of weight, everyone in the
magazines are skinny and look fab, It’s always the skinny
girls that are popular! I know it’s not good for you but
maybe smoking would help me to loose a bit of weight!”
???????
I’ve got loads of exams coming up, and can’t get
into it cos there is loads of stuff going on at home, think
I’ll go to my friends and we could get some booze that
would help me to chill a bit” ???????
“I can’t cope with the stuff happening in my family
“ ???????
“I’m so low I don’t want to do anything, even
breathing seems too difficult “ ????
Remember that everyone has problems and worries, sometimes talking
to others helps you to see that you are not the only one. At the YHS
we have a counsellor you can speak to about anything that is getting
you down.
Why not pop into the YHS to chill out?
